MANILA - The Canadian Red Cross has donated an emergency field hospital following the devastation brought by super typhoon Yolanda. The hospital has a 70-bed capacity, has medical and surgical equipment and can be powered using a power generator set. It also has potable water supply. PRC Health Service head Ryan Jopia said the emergency field hospital could be used for Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Surgery, Maternal & Child Health Nutritional Management, Psychosocial Interventions, Medical Transport and Mobile Clinics.
