This 12-egg omelette is a breakfast for champions

Beth's Cafe in Seattle makes giant 12-egg omelettes that you can conquer alone or with friends. It has six omelettes to choose from, but the most famous is the Triple Bypass, which comes with Swiss cheese, American cheese, bacon, sausage, and ham, and your choice of either six or 12 eggs. It's served on top of hash browns.
