Qeema Karahi | Keema Karahi | Ground Beef | قیمہ کڑائی | by MJ's Kitchen with English subtitles
Today's recipe is very delicious & quick Karahi Qeema (Ground beef / Mince)
Note down the ingredients first:
To make Karahi Qeema we need:
½ Kg Ground beef (mutton or chicken),
4 medium sized Tomatoes (cut in round slices),
2 tbsp Ginger (julienne cut),
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed),
1 tsp Coriander (roasted & crushed),
Fresh Coriander,
Green Chilies (julienne cut),
1 tsp Salt,
½ tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp Red Pepper Powder,
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
½ Cup Cooking Oil.
Method:
- Turn on the flame, add ½ cup in the pan
- Heat up the oil a little, now add ginger garlic paste & fry it.
- Once ginger garlic is fried add tomatoes.
- Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Cover it for 2 minutes, tomatoes are mashed well now add mince.
- & fry the mince for 2 minutes,
- Now add dry spices, Salt & Turmeric, Red Pepper Powder & flakes, Cumin & Coriander (roasted / Crushed)
- Fry it for 3~4 minutes more.
- Now add 3~4 tbsp water, mix it.
- Cover & cook for 5~7 minutes at medium flame,
- Now add lemon juice, a little fresh coriander, a little I'll save for garnishing, green chilies, julienne cut Ginger, save a little for garnishing,
- Now fry it for more 2 minutes.
