Real Estate Feature 'Turnkey' The company is partnering up with Realogy to give new homeowners free extra gifts when they close on their new properties. The venture sees Amazon users looking for new homes being routed to Realogy, which owns multiple franchise such as Century 21. The gifts include home service goods and other devices from Amazon worth up to $5,000. A report from Turnkey says those who buy property $700,000 or more will get that amount in Amazon goods. But if your new home costs less, you could still get free items from Amazon as the range goes from $1,000 to $5,000. Benefits also include cleaning and handyman services. Amazon will also send a tech professional your way if need be to help install your new home devices. Turnkey can currently be used in 15 U.S. markets, which include Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington D.C.
