Meaty BBQ Rolls – A New Twist On An Old Classic

You'll Need (for 4):

- 2 bread rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
- BBQ sauce
- 3.5 oz grated cheese

Here's How:

1. Mix the ground beef with the onion and parsley and add the salt and pepper.

2. Cut the bread rolls in half and divide the seasoned beef and onion between all four pieces.

3. Next, place them meat side down on the barbecue.

4. After you've turned the rolls over, spread barbecue sauce over the beef, sprinkle cheese on top, and then grill for another 10 minutes or so, until the cheese has melted.
