In a big win to india in the kulbhushan jadhav case, the internaitonal court of justice has suspended the death sentence awarded by pakistan. In a 15:1 ruling, the world court said that the execution would stay on hold until islamabad "Effectively reviews and reconsiders" his conviction. Hte icj also said that kulbhushan jadhav must be provided consular access.
