Ingredients:
3 cups Hung Curd
100 gms Paneer (crumbled)
2 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 Onion (chopped)
3 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Oil
Method: Let's start with the Hung curd in the bowl with Paneer (crumbled), Cheese (grated), Onion (chopped), Gram Flour (roasted), Coriander Leaves (chopped), Green Chillies (chopped), Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Powdered Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Salt. Mix all the Ingredients together properly. Now spread Breadcrumbs (as shown in the video). Next, roll the Kabab using the bread crumbs. Do the same with the remaining mixture and then fry them in the Oil. Your Dahi Ke Kabab is ready to serve.
