6 Chicken Drumsticks

1 cup Lightly Hung Curd
¼ cup Fresh Cream
2 tbsp. Cheese, grated
2 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp. Coriander, chopped
2-3 Green chillies, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Cornflour
Salt, to taste
1 Egg
Butter for basting

- In a bowl mix the chicken drumsticks with salt, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl add hung yoghurt, cream, cornflour, green chilli, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.
- In a pan heat vegetable oil and place the marinated chicken in it.
- Flip after a minute and cook by turning the drumsticks on all sides.
- Baste with butter at regular intervals.
- Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges and serve.

Delicious Tangdi Kebab is ready to eat!
