If you're after cocktails that taste as good as they look, then you need to get yourself down to Mr Fogg's House of Botanicals asap. The newest of the Mr Fogg's group, the House of Botanicals, is inspired by botanicals and flowers from around the world - and the floral-themed cocktails are truly beautiful.

With two different menus on offer, the downstairs menu focuses on unusual botanical discoveries by the fictional Mr Fogg, while upstairs is home to the Secret Language of Flowers menu. This menu is inspired by the Victorian gesture of giving flowers to send a particular message - for example, yellow roses stood for friendship, while primroses stood for eternal love.

Cocktail fans can choose from a range of emotions (beauty, friendship, courtship etc.) and then a corresponding cocktail.

How about the Cherry blossom, made with gin, Evangelista Ratafia liqueur, falernum (a sweet syrup), almond, pineapple, lime and sakura tea foam.
