A magnitude 4-point-3 earthquake has struck in waters off Donghae in South Korea's Gangwon-do Province.
The Korea Meteorological Agency says it occurred at 11:16 AM Korea time.
The quake's epicenter was 54 kilometers northeast of Donghae, out in the East Sea.
The weather agency is currently looking into the quake,... and says there appears to be no damage as it happened under water and relatively far from land.
