The Joint Parliamentary Committee is set to meet later today on 2G allocation scam and the main agenda of the meet is to adopt the controversial draft report.
The draft report, which was circulated to members in April, gives a clean chit to Singh and Chidambaram, and puts the entire blame on the then Telecom Minister A Raja. The report accuses Raja of tweaking rules to award mobile permits to a select few and keeping the PM & FM out of the loop during policy changes. The report was slammed by all Opposition parties which said it was a "Congress report".
