Ingredients:
5 cups Milk
1/4 cup Basmati Rice, soaked
1/2 cup Sugar
Almond ( soaked & chopped)
Raisins (soaked)
Pistachios (soaked & chopped)
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Saffron strands
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add rice, boil it for 15 minutes and keep stirring it occasionally.
Once the milk gets a boil, turn the flame to medium and add sugar.
Add almonds, raisins, pistachios, cardamom powder, mix well and let it cook.
Add saffron, mix well and let it turn thick.
Our Rice Kheer is ready to serve.
