Alessio Mariani meglio conosciuto con lo pseudonimo Murubutu o anche M-teoria e Roc Mariani (Reggio nell'Emilia, 27 luglio 1975) è un rapper italiano.
È fondatore e voce del collettivo reggiano La Kattiveria. La sua musica, definita "rap di ispirazione letteraria" o "letteraturap", contraddistingue Murubutu (solista) da tutti gli altri rapper italiani rendendolo unico nel suo genere poiché particolarmente abile nel miscelare il rap, la letteratura, la storia e la saggistica. Peculiarità che colloca l'artista tra i migliori storyteller che la scena musicale rap italiana conosca.
Si avvicina al mondo dell'hip hop dapprima come breaker, skater e writer, poi successivamente come MC. Quest'ultima si rivelerà la sua vocazione artistica unica e definitiva.[2][3] Ha cominciato la propria carriera artistica nel 1991 a Reggio nell'Emilia quando con Depy MC, Mastrosuono e Muracaman fonda i Kattiveria Posse, primo collettivo musicale di Reggio nell'Emilia legato al fenomeno delle Posse. Diviene noto per le esibizioni teatrali a base di Political rap con l'utilizzo di costumi d'epoca, nonché per i successi ottenuti in diversi concorsi musicali regionali. Alla fine del 1999 avviene una radicale mutazione di line up, confluiranno nella crew Dj Gamon, U.G.O. e Il Tenente. Viene cambiato il nome del gruppo in La Kattiveria. Nei nove anni di attività la Posse produrrà un demotape, Nati in Kattività (1993) e un EP, Scellerati nella prassi (1998).

He approached the world of hip hop first as a breaker, skater and writer, then later as MC. The latter will reveal its unique and definitive artistic vocation. [2] [3] He began his artistic career in 1991 in Reggio nell'Emilia when Depy MC, Mastrosuono and Muracaman founded the Kattiveria Posse, the first musical collective of Reggio nell'Emilia linked to the phenomenon of Posse. It became famous for the theatrical performances based on Political rap with the use of period costumes, as well as for the successes obtained in various regional music competitions. At the end of 1999, a radical mutation of line-up took place in the crew Dj Gamon, U.G.O. and The Lieutenant. The group name is changed to La Kattiveria. In the nine years of activity, Posse will produce a demotape, Nati in Kattività (1993) and an EP, Scellerati in Practice (1998).
With La Kattiveria, which today is made up of Murubutu himself, Il Tenente, UGO, Yanez Muraca and Dj Caster, he produced two albums: in 2006 with Dove vola l'Avvoltoio and Sillabum Delirorum in 2008. In 2009, at the same time as the project La Kattiveria, has embarked on a solo career publishing his first album entitled The Young Mariani and other stories, while in 2011 presents his second album with La bellissima Giulietta and his poor father graphic. In Murubutu's solo albums, the artist's desire to propose a rap that conveys messages close to the songwriting, releasing him from that cliché that identifies him as a genre for teenagers alone stands out.
