Fruits contain sugar but they have a low energy density, which means the the body will take time to digest and recuperate all the good nutrients.
1. Avocado... is packed with healthy fats.
2. Grapefruit... helps to feel satisfied and you won't have the munchies after.
3. Pineapple... contains no fat, and helps with digestion.
4. Watermelon... is composed of 92% of water, so great for hydrating your body.
5. Tomatoes... reduces inflammation and water retention.
6. Apples... the skin provides a lot of fibers. The inside is packed with antioxidants.
7. Blueberries... just like tomatoes, they are a great anti-inflammatory and anti-aging.
