5 tips for a healthy work/life balance

1. Stop with perfection: Reach excellence, not perfection.
2. Put the phone down: With all this technology, we believe that we need to be constantly available. Leave your phone once work is over. Unplug. Enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
3. Exercise and meditate: It's important as it's a great stress reliever. It also gives new perspectives. Add meditation it's beneficial for your mind.
4. Don't waste time on things you don't want : Don't give into activities or people you don't care that much about. Find out what are the most important things in your life and go for it!
5. Start small: When people want to change a habit in their life, they do it drastically. Which often leads to failure. The key is to start small. Instead of changing your 5 mile run to a marathon. Go from 5 to 6 or 7 miles. You'll experience success, it will give you the motivation to go forward.
