Bruce Logan takes offence to the easy banter between his new Filipino wife and his station hands. He sacks the injured Nick Cardaci and his mate and then abandons them on an isolated road. Nick collapses with a lacerated spleen and the RFDS are called in when a pregnant Mrs Logan gets lost searching for the young workers.
