Events conspire to keep Geoff and Kate apart on their wedding day. A pregnant Sheena and her husband Joe end up on an Aboriginal camp when he is fired from the McKinley property. Geoff and David fly out to the camp where they find Sheena about to give birth. Major complications result in long delays and Geoff is unable to get back to the Crossing in time for the wedding. DJ comes up with a novel solution to Geoff and Kate’s heartache.
