The earthquake in Alaska destroyed the roads

A powerful earthquake that occurred on Friday, November 30, in the south of the American state of Alaska, led to devastation.

Ukrainian News reported citing Reuters.

The city of Anchorage was hit hardest, roads were partially destroyed, causing traffic jams. There were also significant damage to one of the television studios. At the same time, the victims are not yet reported.

The epicenter of an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 points was 13 kilometers north of Anchorage, which has about 40% of the state's population.

US Geographic Information Service reported that the epicenter was at a depth of 43 kilometers.

According to the Anchorage Police, there are destroyed buildings in the city, and many roads and bridges are closed due to damage.
