Dusty conditions for Korea's southern regions _ 113018

Good morning, most regions are waking up to a dusty last day of November. Korea's southern provinces are having particularly bad levels of air pollution due to a high concentration of yellow dust..Gwangju and Daegu are suffering from polluted air that's five times higher than normal levels.

Stagnant air flow will keep the polluted air around all day.. be sure to have a face masks to protect your lungs from the dust. Dust alerts are in place for Chungcheong-do and many southern provinces.

There's been a huge drop in mercury, morning lows are sub zero for upper regions including Seoul, wear an extra scarf to keep you warm...readings will rise to above seasonal norms tomorrow but expect high levels of fine dust in the capital.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures... a cold morning for Seoul and Chuncheon waking up to below freezing... Mostly sunny skies will send daily highs to the bearable side.

Seoul will hit 8 degrees. Gyeongju and Gwangju a mild 14 degrees this afternoon.
Have a thicker jacket and a face mask ready on your way out.
