Southern regions to suffer from yellow dust _ 113018

Good afternoon. Korea's southern provinces are having particularly bad levels of air pollution with dust alerts in effect. Seoul will have moderate air but check the levels before heading out. Stagnant air flow will keep the polluted air around all day.
Hope you are geared up a bit, we had sub zero morning temperatures... in the upper regions including Seoul, readings will rise to above seasonal norms tomorrow but that means high levels of fine dust in the capital.
Concern is on the rise as heavy air pollution will hit Bejing this weekend.... keep an eye on the dust levels... Mostly sunny skies will send daily highs to the bearable side.
Seoul will top out at 8 degrees. Gyeongju and Gwangju a mild 14 degrees this afternoon.
Starting next week, it's going to feel very much like winter... morning lows will plummet to below freezing... and lows will only get up to zero in Seoul mid next week.
