Ingredients:
Garlic Oil
1 cup Paneer, crumbled
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/8 cup Bell Peppers
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt to taste.

Method of preparation:
Heat garlic oil in a pan, add onion, bell peppers and toss them and allow them to cook on high flame.
Add pav bhaji masala, allow it to cook on high flame till all the raw smell goes away.
Add scrambled paneer, mix well and add salt.
Give it a final stir and our paneer bhurji is ready to serve.
