The Cochrane brothers create havoc when they try to blow up a car in order to collect the insurance. Sam tries to lend a helping hand but sustains serious injuries. Geoff has had very little sleep over the last two days after a difficult birth and a long clinic. Now he faces a battle to keep Sam respirated throughout the night with basic medical equipment, no electricity. Kate gives Emma rudimentary nurse training over the radio as they work together to keep Sam alive.
