4tbsp Water
1tsp Papaya (optional)

For GRAVY

1Onions chopped
1/3 tspSalt to taste
1/2tsp Turmeric

1 tspRed chili powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
1 Tomato chopped

3tbs yogurt
3tbsp Coriander Leaves
2 Green chilies

INSTRUCTIONS

Chotay frying mein zeera, khaskhas aur khopra dal ker khushbu anay tak roast ker lein & thanda ker lein. Ab is main chana dal lain or Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal ker ache tarhan grind ker ka fine powder tayyar ker lein.

Chopper mein beef qeema, adrak lehsan paste, fried pyaz, namak, Lal mirchein, garam masala, Dahi our panii dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.

Haathon ko pani laga lain aur mixture ka ek jaisay size ka 8 say 10 kebabs bana lein.
Pot mein oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.

Ab is main lehsan adrak add karain 2 min kay bad is main dahi add karain or
Lal mirch powder, namak aur haldi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab is main saray kabab dal dain or 3 say 4 min cook karain.

Ab is mein tamater dal ke dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.

Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
