A drought in Coopers Crossing makes everyone fractious. Disaster strikes when the pub runs out of beer. Vic travels to Broken Hill to replenish the stocks, and Marty takes over the bar. Emma sacks him for abandoning the garage. Marty has to answer to both Vic and Emma by the end of the drought.
