Mediation is a process in which the mediator, a neutral and impartial individual, acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute without informing how it should be resolved.
Mediation is a time when the parties have the ability to control the outcome of their case and this is appealing to many. Mediations can be conducted before you file your case as well as have active litigation or during your case.
