Join two-time Olympian and Rio 2016 bronze medallist Sally Conway for a strength/power training circuit on Workout Wednesday. Exercises are completed in both beginner/advanced formats, so the workout is for all abilities.

Warm-up

Superset 1 - jump shrug and hurdle jump (3 sets of 2, 3 sets of 5) + 3 minute break.

Superset 2 - bench press and clap press up (3 sets of 2, 3 sets of 5) + 3 minute break.

Superset 3 - Gi pull up and medicine ball slam (3 sets of 2, 3 sets of 5) + 3 minute break.
