Today is leg day. Join freestyle skiing star Rowan Cheshire for this week's #WorkoutWednesday

There are four supersets in total and you should do three rounds of them:

1. Lateral lunge x10 + calf raise x10
2. Prisoner squat x10 + in/out squat x15
3. Bulgarian split squat x14 + split squat jump x14
4. Lying glute bridge x10 on each side

Remember to take 30-45 seconds rest between each superset and a two minute break after each round.
