Fallen Tree Blocks Road in Dublin as Storm Ali Hits

Storm Ali reached Ireland on September 19, downing trees, cutting power, and damaging buildings.Footage here shows the North Circular Road in Dublin blocked by a fallen tree.Status orange wind warnings were issued for 17 counties across Ireland. Weather warnings were also issued for Scotland and northern England.The storm caused disruption to train services and flights, as well as leaving 140,000 without power.
