Activists in Idlib, Syria, on September 8 reported barrel bomb strikes targeted a medical facility near the town of Hass.The Union of Syrian Medical Relief Organizations (UOSSM) reported one anesthesia technician and two hospital visitors were wounded in the Hass hospital strike. UOSSM said two other medical facilities, two Syrian Civil Defense Centers, and an ambulance system were also damaged in the strikes.Several towns in Idlib and Hama province were targeted in Saturday’s air raids, with the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stating that approximately 70 barrel bombs were dropped across nine towns.Russian and Syrian warplanes were reported to have carried out the strikes, according to Reuters and the Associated Press.
