A truck tipped over in strong winds on a bridge in Yodogawa-ku, Japan, on September 4, as parts of the country were battered by Typhoon Jebi, one of the strongest tropical systems of the year.NHK reported flights were cancelled and train services were reduced as the storm swept northeast towards eastern Shikoku and Osaka.Jebi brought high winds, heavy rain and strong waves to an area of Japan recovering from deadly storms earlier this summer. The typhoon was the seventh tropical storm to hit the country in 2018.This video shows a truck and van tip over, with the force of the wind pushing the vehicles to the side of the bridge.
