A group of young men ran away from the police at the Notting Hill Carnival in London on August 27.
The filmer said a crowd of people “suddenly jumped over a barrier near Westbourne Park and about 20-25 young guys started sprinting down the road.”
“Police followed shortly after,” the filmer added.
“London police have arrested 126 people at the Notting Hill Carnival this weekend amid spiralling levels of violence in the capital," the Evening Standard reported.
