RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
SEEKH KABAB KEEMA KARAHI BY Urdu Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

*Meat Mince ( 1/2 kg )
*Oil ( 1/2 cup )
*Onion Chopped ( 1 large )
*Ginger & Garlic Crushed ( 1 tbsp )
*Raw Papaya Paste ( 1tsp heap )
*Yogurt ( 125gm OR 1/2 cup )
*Red Chilli Flakes ( 1 tsp )
*Red Chilli Powder ( 1/2 tsp )
*Salt ( 1 tsp )
*Nutmeg & Mace Powder ( 1/4 tsp )
*All Spice Powder ( 1/2 tsp )
*Brown Onion ( 1/4 cup OR 4 tbsp )
*Black pepper ( 10-12 )
*Coriander Seeds Roasted ( 1 tsp )
*Cumin Seeds Roasted ( 1 tsp )
*Desicated Coconut Roasted ( 1 tbsp )
*Onion Ring cut ( 1 )
*Green Coriander Leaves chopped ( 1 tbsp )
*Green Chillies slit cut ( 2 )
*Coal ( for smoke )



METHOD:

1.FOR MINCE MARINATION:
Take a bowl for mixing, add Beef Mince, Yogurt, Crushed Ginger & Garlic, Raw Papaya Paste, Grinded Masala Powder (black pepper, roasted coriander seeds, roasted cumin and roasted desicated coconut), Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Flakes, All Spice Powder, Salt and Nutmeg & Mace Powder. Mix well, cover & leave for one an hour in refrigerator.

2.Take a wok or pan, add oil, onion chopped cook untill very light golden colour.

3.Add marinated mince, brown Onion, Mix well, cover, cook untill meat water dries up and oil come on top surface (low flame).

4.Add Onion rings Cut, Green Coriander Leaves Chopped and Green Chillies Slit Cut, simmer for 5 mins (low flame).

5.Add burn coal keep on any small glass/ steel vessel/ alumunium foil and pour some drops of oil on burn coal and cover for 5 mins then dish it off.

***SERVE WITH NAAN OR PORI OR PARATHA***
