PM Modi chairs Niti Aayog meet; Kejriwal targets its CEO

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is chairing the fourth meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog at the Rashtrapati Bhavanj.
PM Modi has given his opening remarks emphasizing on cooperative and competitive federalism for the growth and progress.
He assured CMs from flood-affected states that Centre would provide all assistance to them.
Meanwhile, the meet has also attracted some controversies as embattled Delhi CM Kejriwal questioned the presence of LG in the NITI Aayog’s meet as his substitute.
However, the CEO of Aayog has denied the allegation in no time.
Absentee Odisha’s CM Naveen Patnaik and Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu who is attending the meeting have raised the demand of special category status to their respective states.
