Aston Martin unveil its fastest ever regular production vehicle

Aston Martin has taken the wraps off its fastest ever regular production vehicle - a V12 powered supercar capable of 205mph. The stunning Aston Martin V12 Vantage S is an aggressive-looking, compact sports car built by the iconic Warwickshire company. Engineers have shoehorned a 6-litre V12 engine under the bonnet which develops a staggering 560bhp - an increase of 55bhp over its predecessor. The firm hasn't given a 0-62mph time, but it should be below 4 seconds while Aston Martin has confirmed a top speed of 205mph. This makes it 15mph quicker than the model it replaces, the V12 Vantage, and puts it in direct competition with the likes of the McLaren MP4-12C and Ferrari 458 Italia.
