Therapist-led Meditation For Healing

With regular practice, we can change the structures in our brain to move to calm, peace and healing. Whether you are experiencing physical or emotional pain or both, spending time with this meditation will help you to gain more ease and compassion.

This meditation may be practiced in the morning, to begin the day with your preferred intention, med-day in order to intervene with any growing stress or pain, or before bed, to bring you to a calmer state in which to enter sleep.
