Animal lovers unhappy with Penang city council’s mishandling of dogs

The owner of a dog that died on Feb 28 together with a group of animal lovers remembered the dog on March 2 at Batu Ferringhi beach. K. Chendeladevan also lodged a police report against the Penang Island City Council for mishandling his dog.
