We love days out with 'little' Luke our grandson as he loves steam trains too! We decided to take the little fella to the Buckingham Railway Centre for the day so we could take a ride on a full sized steam train as well as a miniature steam railway. Luckily for Lee there was also a Bus meet going on - she's a bit odd as she loves the Route Master buses.

If you have not been before I would highly recommend it as there really is plenty to do and see, even if you are not particularly interested in steam trains, it's like stepping back in time. There's a lot of history here and it's really quite fascinating looking into the workshop sheds and seeing all the old bits and bobs.

We will certainly be paying this place another visit in the future as we had a great day out.
