Ingredients:-
15-16 Whole Green Peas, snipped at the end
1 cup White Pumpkin, diced
1 Potato, diced
1 Onion, sliced
Coconut, soaked in warm water
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Sugar
Black Pepper
Cashew cream (optional)

For tempering:-
½ tsp. Ghee
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped

Method:-
- Steam green peas, white pumpkin and potato in a steamer for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add onion and cook again.
- Keep aside and let it cool down.
- Grind the steamed vegetables by adding some water from the steamer and sieve.
- Grind the soaked coconut with the water in a mixer/grinder and sieve in a bowl.
- Add water to the remaining coconut and grind again.
- Boil the water from the steamer and add coconut milk and vegetable puree to it.
- Add salt, sugar and black pepper to it.
- In a tempering, vessel add the tempering ingredients and pour it over the soup.
- Add cashew cream and mix well.

Whole Green Peas Soup is ready to eat!
