Larry made his way to Kyle for a house we are in the process of purchasing. Provided lots of information on what he was looking for and what we needed to do to maintain the house, protect the foundation and other tips/responsibilities that come with being a homeowner. The seller had three other inspectors (from previous offers that had fallen through) who checked the house and said that Larry was the first to point out low water temp from the bath water and found that one of the elements from the water heater had gone bad. I recommend anyone to use Urban & Rural and ask for Larry.
