Larry's skill in home inspection is unparalleled. Larry presents information to clients in a way that is disarming and comprehensive. For years, I have been on the other side of real estate purchases where inspectors feel the need to frighten buyers. Larry walks buyers through a home and will help them understand what are high and low priority. I've never seen a home inspector take the time to ensure buyer understands the condition of the home they are purchasing as thorough as Larry. I have been exclusively referring Urban & Rural Home Inspection for years and I have no intention of changing.
