Fire Trucks Arrive Without Water Needed to Tackle Deadly Nairobi Blaze

A large fire tore through an overcrowded area of Nairobi, Kenya, on January 28, leaving four people dead and thousands of others homeless, according to local reports.Fire services did not have the water they needed when tackling the blaze. Reports said fire trucks arrived without enough water. The cause of the fire was not immediately established.Local MP Nixon Korir criticized the emergency response and told those who had lost their homes that help would be provided.This footage shows fire services on the scene of the blaze. A further video posted the day later by the same source shows the extent of the damage. The Kenya Power Board can also be seen in the video trying to restore power.
