Police in Pelham, New Hampshire, said a driver was cited for a “hands free” violation and negligent driving on January 24 after she lost control of her vehicle and narrowly missed a telephone poll because she was texting while driving.This incident on Marsh Road was caught on camera by Pelham police, who later posted this footage to Facebook and said the driver faced over $400 in fines.
