Ingredients:-
For the Mayonnaise Dressing:-
8-10 Garlic cloves
½ tsp. Anchovies
1 tbsp. Caper Berries
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Dill Leaves
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
For the Lettuce Dressing:-
Water + Salt
Ice Bath
Iceberg Lettuce
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Parmesan Cheese

For the Cooked Garlic-Tomato:-
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Black Pepper Powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
5-6 Garlic cloves

Bugget Bread, diced into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp. Olive Oil

For the Salad:-
Fresh Iceberg Lettuce

Method:-
1. In a mixer/grinder, coarsely grind together garlic, anchovies and caper berries.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add mayonnaise, dill leaves, parmesan and mix well.
3. Boil water and add salt to it. Add lettuce to it for 30 seconds and transfer it to an ice bath.
4. Then grind the lettuce with black pepper, parmesan leaves and dill leaves to a coarse paste.
5. In a pan heat olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic and cherry tomatoes to it. Saute lightly and keep aside.
6. In the same pan add the krutons followed by olive oil and black pepper. Toss lightly.
7. Assemble and toss the salad as shown in the video and serve.
