A BalconyTV Barcelona avui celebrem quatre anys d’emissions setmanals ininterrompudes i hem demanat a PAVVLA que ens acompanyi en aquest dia tan especial. La cantant i actriu ens presenta el seu disc debut, ‘Creatures’ (Luup Records, 2016). Un disc ple de dolços contrastos; la força de la veu de Paula Jornet sobre delicades melodies que de cop canvien de ritme i ens trenquen els esquemes, alts i baixos en una muntanya russa musical que avança amb pas ferm. Acompanyar i descobrir artistes com ella és el motor que ens mou per estar cada dijous a l’altre costat de la pantalla.
Sometimes words fail to express everything we feel. Today marks BalconyTV Barcelona’s anniversary; four years of weekly episodes non-stop. Since we didn’t know how to write it down, we got PAVVLA to come join the celebrations. The singer and actress release her first record, ‘Creatures’ (Luup Records, 2016), an album full of sweet contrasts. Her strong voice hovers over delicate melodies that all of a sudden break free; ups and downs on a musical roller coaster that always moves forward. To be able to share, discover and empower artists such as PAVVLA is the force that drives us every Thursday on the other side of your screen.
