Former President Barack Obama will soon be heading to Asia and has plans to meet with leaders in both China and India, reports The Hill.
His visits follow recent Asia trips made by two members of the Trump family—President Trump and his daughter and White House adviser Ivanka Trump, notes The Independent.
In addition to meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Obama will be speaking at a number of events.
The Obama Foundation will also be hosting a New Delhi town hall about what being an active and engaged citizen entails, according to NDTV.
That event will be headed by Obama himself and involve roughly 280 of India's young people who are emerging as guiding forces.
After his scheduled engagements in Asia, Obama will be heading to France, where he is slated to hold a public talk and private meetings.
