As Brianna graduates, Frank is killed in a car accident before he can proceed with a divorce. With the help of Roger Wakefield, Claire and Brianna eventually learn Jamie's whereabouts in 1765. Mother and daughter have a tearful farewell, and after Claire travels back through the stones, she is reunited with Jamie.
