- 2 tbsp Water\r
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice\r
- The Zest of 1 lemon\r
- 200 gr Sugar\r
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extr to add at the end ( optional but recommended)\r

- 10.5 ounces of Strawberries \r
- 2 tbsp Water\r
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice\r
- The Zest of 1 lemon\r
- 1 cup Sugar\r
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extr to add at the end ( optional but recommended)\r
