OMG this is scary! EVERYONE I mean EVERYONE should be trained in basic first aid, including Artifical Repiration and CPR. And how to do it PROPERLY! Count is 15 compression, 2 breaths. If the nose is not plugged and the head is not tilted back (or chin lift) you wont get air in. When he started to cough out the fluids, he should have been put into recovery position, or turned on his side not kept on his back where he could re-aspirate the fluid. I am trained in first response and this was scary to watch! I hope the child survived!\r

I have read all the comments people sharing their views.How Many of us are aware of such First aid treatment like CPR and oral respiration.Are you ready to help in such a situation. You can use a Hand kerchief to blow air in the mouth ,if u feel shy. because we hesitate even in these kind of situations.\r

EVERYONE should learn proper first aid, including CPR and AR. And beaches should have trained lifeguards with training as First Responder and have an AED / O2 on site as well just in case.\r
