Somnath Bharti will go to jail, bar council should cancel his licence : Kiran Bedi

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti, the Delhi High Court rejected his anticipatory bail application in the case of domestic violence and attempt to murder filed by his wife, paving the way for his possible arrest by the police. The Court also said that the allegations about Mr. Bharti unleashing his dog on his wife, and the latter getting injured, were supported by documentary proof. Soon after the rejection of his anticipatory bail plea, the Delhi Police dispatched teams to arrest the former Delhi Law Minister. He, however, remained out of police’s reach.

आप विधायक और दिल्ली के पूर्व कानून मंत्री सोमनाथ भारती की मुश्किलें बढ़ती जा रही हैं. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट से अग्रिम जमानत याचिका खारिज होने के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने लिए उनके घर पहुंच गई है. हालांकि सोमनाथ भारती अपने घर पर नहीं मिले. पुलिस उनकी तलाश में अन्य स्थानों पर दबिश दे सकती है.
