00:06You know, honestly, I'm humbled by the honour for being the host of the first Legends Tour event in India.

00:13It's an opportunity for all the players who are 50 and above to relive their dream.

00:20You know, normally, most of the athletes, their careers are over by the age of 40, 42.

00:26And I think the message I want to convey to the golfers who are young, that don't give up too early.

00:34You still have the senior tour to play, which is after 50.

00:37Just stay fit, healthy and follow your dream and enjoy the second innings.

00:46You were just talking about the places and the hospitality that the athletes are going to participate in the competition this year.

00:56Just tell us about the hospitality that India is going to show.

01:00As a host, I just want every player to go back with good memories.

01:05Our country is a country with so many cultures, variety of food.

01:15I want them to enjoy all that.

01:17And I've arranged a trip for them to go to the Taj Mahal, which is only a two-hour drive from JP, which is in Greater Noida.

01:24All the way, six-lane highway, going and coming back four hours.

01:29I think it's one of the seven wonders of the world.

01:32So they need to take this opportunity and enjoy it.

01:37Let's talk about golf. You've been one of the flag bearers of Indian golf for quite some time.

01:44How do you rate the competition? Are you satisfied with the kind of competition and performance that Indian golfers are putting up?

01:55For sure. I think the standard of golf has really improved.

01:59The tour is much better. The players have more knowledge.

02:03They have more tournaments to play.

02:05And they believe in themselves that they're world beaters.

02:10World beaters. That is a good part.

02:12They can compete at the highest level.

02:14And that is the most important thing for any athlete to have, to compete and win big tournaments in the world.

02:23India is going to celebrate National Sports Day after two days.

02:28You have a lineage and a legacy of representing India.

02:33Your father has been one of the champion athletes and one of the finest that India has ever had.
